Sichuan University's School of Light Industry Science and Engineering's 2021 Light Chemical Engineering program came to our company for practical learning

In the scorching summer of July, the students of the 2021 Outstanding Engineer Class in Light Chemical Engineering at the School of Light Industry Science and Engineering, Sichuan University, welcomed an important moment in their practical learning career. Under the leadership of Teacher Liu Wentao, they joined the Zhiyuanda family as interns and embarked on a challenging and rewarding internship journey.

In order to help students integrate into the new environment as soon as possible, Zhiyuan Company attaches great importance to this internship kickoff meeting. Vice General Manager Xu Zhenhuang, Production Department Manager Duan Yongping, and Technical Department Engineer Zhou Haojin personally attended and introduced the company culture and internship arrangements to the students. During the internship, the students were divided into three groups and participated in workshop work for the fur blue skin segment, blue skin embryo segment, and embryo finished product segment. The company has specially arranged experienced "masters" to provide one-on-one on-site guidance, ensuring that each student can deeply understand and master all aspects of leather making. In addition, the company regularly organizes summary meetings to promptly answer students' questions and ensure learning effectiveness.

In addition to the intense study and work, the company also pays attention to balancing work and rest, organizing a variety of team building activities to enhance students' teamwork abilities. The company leaders were also present on site, caring about the students' learning progress and living conditions, making every student feel the warmth of the Zhiyuanda family.

Time flies, after five weeks of practical learning and one week of summary and sorting, students not only combined theory with practice, but also experienced the joy of leather making under the guidance of their masters. Everyone gained a lot and successfully completed the production of finished leather.
